Video Footage of the May Day march in downtown Los Angeles
Shot miniDV with a Canon GL-1 and posted an 11.8MB Quicktime movie in the swell.la domain.
I also uploaded the same video to You Tube for the first time and I'm hoping for some hits. The public URL is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iInNINX-e3E. The vid is about two and a half minutes long.
The QT movie is so much better looking. It retains the original widescreen aspect ratio and it doesn't have all the mud that the YT player spits out.
There was a larger march on Miracle Mile later on in the afternoon. Good luck to all the hard working people out there. I hope they get amnesty.
